As a result, we as a company believe that it is vital to offer younger people qualified training as lathe operators, millers and grinders and particularly as tool makers or draftsmen or industrial sales management assistants. There are more and more opportunities for internees to discover an interesting task in the production, engineering or commercial departments. We are happy to support degree dissertation students in working out the details of the chosen subject.
We also expect new ideas from members of staff, who either join us directly after completing their studies or after gaining several years’ experience, as they can protect us from any serious professional blind spots. Quite naturally, we are interested in receiving applications from engineers or equally qualified experts in metal forming technology, both for the engineering and sales departments.
