Unified company Sieber Forming Solutions GmbH

Here we would like to thank you warmly for the positive cooperation. For your information, we want to call your kind attention to the fact that effective January 1, 2003, the three partnerships of the current Sieber Group (Karl Sieber GmbH & Co. KG, Sieber-Trade GmbH & Co. KG, Hitzacker Umformwerkzeuge GmbH & Co. KG) and Eurotool GmbH will no longer appear in the market as operating companies. The tasks performed by these companies until and including December 31, 2002, will then be carried out by Sieber Forming Solutions GmbH, the unified company resulting from the reorganization, at the high standards to which you have become accustomed.

Thus we would be very pleased to fulfill and continue our established business relationship through the Sieber Forming Solutions GmbH.

It is very important for us to assure you that the proven business relations will continue without any restrictions. The same contact partners will continue to serve you for your questions, suggestions and information. The restructuring is simply an internal business adjustment designed to adapt the company to changes in legal and business conditions.
