Karl Sieber, the founder of our company, laid the foundation stone for this processing technology when he proved the possibility of industrial cold forming in 1950 and later also gave significant impulses to the field of semi - hot forming.

Today, SIEBER has developed more than 2,200 tool sets for individual parts as well as a further 1,000 tool sets for parts or for families of parts and has produced the associated tools at its own plant.

Our know-how encompasses all specialised fields relevant to forming technology: from tribology, the selected product hardnesses and coatings, the influence of elastic deformation, phosphating processes and heat treatment to ecologically acceptable lubricants.
